Minnesota Ripknees Sign Forward Steve Esselink - ABA

MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com - The latest of the top-notched signee to join the Ripknees is former Minnesota Gopher Steve Esselink. The 6’6” Forward just finished a stint with the Cimmerones de UABC, where he led the league in scoring with 25.3 ppg. Before that, Esselink played for the Soles de Mexicali, where he averaged 19.3 ppg and scored a game high 50 points, which earned him a ranking in the top 5 scorers in the LNBP.

Esselink’s other professional experience includes time with the Atlanta Vision (ABA), Mississippi Stingers (ABA), and the Mississippi Hardhats (WBA).

He will round out an already dynamite roster of big men including Jerry Holman and Johnny Gilbert.
