Feeling Blue - D.J. King Is Headed Back To The St. Louis Blues After Recall From Peoria Riverman

MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com – Peoria, IL - January 26, 2007 – St. Louis Blues President John Davidson announced today that left wing D.J. King has been recalled from the Peoria Rivermen, the Blues’ American Hockey League affiliate.

King, 22, made his NHL debut with the Blues this season on Oct. 5 at San Jose. He has played in eight games and registered 14 penalty minutes. King has skated in 31 games with Peoria, recording five points (three goals, two assists) along with a team-high 93 penalty minutes.

The 6-0, 185-pound forward was originally drafted by the Blues as their sixth round selection, 190th in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.
