Boyd Summoned to Calgary from Quad City
Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 01:37AM MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com - CALGARY, AB- Calgary Flames General Manager Darryl Sutter announced Thursday that forward Dustin Boyd has been recalled from Quad City (AHL).
In 18 games this season for Quad City, Boyd has scored two goals adding seven assists for nine points.
Boyd is a a six-foot, 192-pound centre chosen by the Flames in the the third round of the 2004 Entry draft.
In other Flames news, forward Adam Cracknell was recalled to the Quad Cities from the Flames' ECHL affiliate in Las Vegas. Cracknell skated in the Flames' 3-1 win over Iowa on Wednesday night.
