Pospisil Assigned to Gwinnett Gladiators from Chicago Wolves

MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com - ROSEMONT, GA -The Atlanta Thrashers have reassigned left wing TOMAS POSPISIL(PAHS-pih-sil) from the Chicago Wolves to the ECHL¹s Gwinnett Gladiators.

In addition, the Wolves have released goaltender CRAIG KOWALSKI.

POSPISIL made his professional debut in 11 outings with the Wolves this
season and recorded two assists.  The 20-year-old forward ranked third on
the Ontario Hockey League¹s Sarnia Sting last year with a career-high 29
goals and fifth with 67 points in 55 games.

Overall, the Sumperk, Czech Republic, native, tallied 54 goals and 115
points in 115 career OHL contests with Sarnia, spanning two seasons
(2005-07).

KOWALSKI backed up in last night¹s 2-1 defeat of the Peoria Rivermen after
being signed earlier in the day.

Chicago (14-1-1-0), which is out to its best start in franchise history,
heads to Peoria tomorrow to take on the Rivermen at Carver Arena at 7 p.m.
