ESTERO, FL – Florida Everblades President & General Manager Craig Brush, along with Head Coach Gerry Fleming announced today that defenseman Brett Peterson has been re-assigned to the club by the Albany River Rats of the American Hockey League, and that forward Dan Kronick has been placed on the 3-day injured reserve list.
Peterson returns to the Everblades after skating in three games with the River Rats this past week. The 26-year-old registered two penalty minutes in the three games played. This season with the Everblades Peterson has four PIM in two games. The AHL action was the first in the Northborough, Massachusetts native’s four-year professional career. Peterson has 59 points in 214 career games.
In a separate move, Kronick was added to the 3-day IR after suffering an undisclosed injury in Sunday’s 5-3 loss to the Texas Wildcatters.
