ECHL Hands Out Several Player Suspensions - ECHL
Thursday, November 1, 2007 at 10:16AM MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com - PRINCETON, N.J. – The ECHL announced the fines and suspensions resulting from an altercation during the third period of ECHL Game #55 Reading at Gwinnett on Oct. 28.
Reading center Malcolm MacMillan has been suspended five games and fined an undisclosed amount under Rule 70.10 Leaving the Players’ Bench. MacMillan will miss Reading’s games at Gwinnett (Oct. 30), vs. Cincinnati (Nov. 3), vs. Elmira (Nov. 4), vs. Bakersfield (Nov. 7) and at Wheeling (Nov. 9).
Reading defenseman Rob Lalonde has been fined an undisclosed amount under Rule 29 Supplementary Discipline.
The Reading Royals organization has been fined an undisclosed amount under Rule 70.10.
Reading coach Karl Taylor has been fined an undisclosed amount under Rule 70.10.
Gwinnett defenseman Myles Stoesz has been suspended two games and fined an undisclosed amount under Rule 29 Supplementary Discipline. Stoesz will miss Gwinnett’s games vs. Reading (Oct. 30) and at Mississippi (Nov. 1).
