Vermont Frost Heaves Are Set To Tip-Off Playoff Run For An ABA Championship

MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com – South Burlington, Vt. - The Vermont Frost Heaves, 28-6 and No. 1 in the American Basketball Association power rankings, will begin their quest for an ABA title at “the Aud” in Barre. The Frost Heaves’ inaugural playoff game is scheduled for Friday, March 16, at 7:05 p.m. against the winner of a first-round game between two undetermined opponents.

The ABA Playoffs will feature 24 teams and follow a single-elimination format, with the higher-seeded team enjoying home-court advantage until a champion is crowned. As a result of its record, Vermont qualifies for one of eight first-round byes.
