MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com - NEW YORK – Dallas Desperados QB CLINT DOLEZEL can set two milestones this Monday as the Eastern Division leading Desperados (9-1) host the Central Division leading Chicago Rush (8-1) on Russell Athletic ESPN Arena Football Monday, May 14, at 8:30 p.m. ET on ESPN2 and ESPN360.com.
Dolezel (2,830 YDs, 68 TDs) stands two touchdowns shy of becoming the first player in AFL history to record seven consecutive seasons (2001-07) with 70-or-more touchdown passes. Dolezel and Arizona Rattlers QB SHERDRICK BONNER can become the second and third players in AFL history to reach 40,000 career passing yards this weekend. Dolezel currently stands in second and needs 117 yards while Bonner follows in third, needing 184 yards to reach the milestone. Bonner will have a chance at history this Saturday night when the Rattlers host the Austin Wranglers at 7 p.m. at the U.S. Airways Center.
