Dallas Desperados Clash with Georgia Force in AFL Opener Between League Powers

MLN - THE RAW FEED - www.mlntherawfeed.com - DALLAS - 2007 Southern Divison Champion, Georgia Force, will kickoff the 2008 campaign against the Dallas Desperados in the first-ever national high definition Arena Football broadcast on ABC, and they will do so from their new home venue at The Arena at Gwinnett Center.

Georgia is coming off their most successful regular season in franchise history. The Force finished the 2007 season with a franchise best 14-2 record, including an undeafeted mark of 8-0 in home contests. Dallas concluded their 2007 regular season with a 15-1 record - their only loss a two-score defeat at the hands of the Force
Both teams are 5-1 all-time in AFL openers, tied for the best mark in league history. The series is tied 3-3.
