MLN - THE RAW FEED - www.mlntherawfeed.com – Central Islip, N.Y. – The Long Island Ducks evened their series with Camden, defeating the Riversharks 5-4 at Citibank Park.

Nook Logan served as table setter for Long Island, reaching base four times, scoring twice and stealing three bases. Jay Gibbons punched his fourth home run in three games over  the rightfield wall in the fifth to give the Ducks a 5-1 lead. Four straight Camden hits cut the lead to 5-3, and a run in the ninth brought the margin to one. But Nic Jackson, who had homered in the first, skied out to left to end the game, as the Ducks snapped a season-long five game losing streak.

Jeremy Lewis pitched well in relief for Camden, providing two and one-third shutout innings.
