Kaleb Toth Signs With Calgary Roughnecks
Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 12:41AM MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com -CALGARY, AB – Calgary Roughnecks President and General Manager Brad Banister announced today that the club has signed forward Kaleb Toth to a one-year deal. Terms of the deals were not disclosed and are subject to league approval.

Toth, a native of Calgary, AB, enters his ninth season with the Roughnecks. In 2009, the 32-year-old forward notched 33 goals and 47 assists for 80 points in 16 regular season games. In that time, Toth collected 70 loose balls and tallied 14 power play goals, two game winning goals and 18 assists on the man-advantage.
During the 2009 playoffs, Toth put up 15 points, including 4 goals and 11 helpers.
“He had an above par performance last season, and his best season ever with 80 points,” added Banister. “Kaleb is the face of the team, and we are happy to have him back.”
Prior to his time with the Roughnecks, Toth played for the Toronto Rock for two seasons.
The Calgary Roughnecks kick-off the 2010 season on Sunday, January 10th at the Pengrowth Saddledome against the Minnesota Swarm.
