SAINT PAUL/MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Minnesota Swarm General Manager Marty O’Neill today announced that Swarm defensemen Kyle Ross was selected by the Boston Blazers in today’s National Lacrosse League (NLL) Expansion Draft.
The Blazers selected 12 players, one from each NLL team’s unprotected list. All NLL teams were given the option of either protecting one goaltender and 13 runners (forwards and defensemen) or two goaltenders and 10 runners.  The Swarm protected goaltender Nick Patterson and 13 runners.
