MLN - THE RAW FEED - www.mlntherawfeed.com – Binghamton - Mike Carp had three hits and two RBIs and Jake Ruckle threw five strong inning, but the Trenton Thunder scored three times in the eighth to pull out an 8-5 win over the Binghamton Mets at NYSEG Stadium Wednesday.  Trenton took two of three in the series.  The B-Mets dropped six of seven on the homestand.

After Trenton (12-9) took a 1-0 lead on Matt Carson’s first-inning RBI double, the B-Mets (9-11) responded with two in the bottom of the inning off Chase Wright.  Binghamton loaded the bases with no outs on base hits by Fernando Martinez, Jose Coronado and Daniel Murphy before Nick Evans grounded into a double play that scored Martinez.  Coronado came in on Carp’s base hit to center for a 2-1 B-Mets lead.
