Brett Carroll of Albuquerque Isotopes Named PCL Hitter of the Week

beginning on April 21 and continuing through April 27.  Carroll follows fellow outfielder John Gall, who nabbed the honor last week, becoming the second Isotope to win the award already this season.  

In just six games played this week, Carroll batted a blistering .500 (10x20) with 10 runs scored, a double, four homers, and eight RBI.  The native of Knoxville, Tennessee is currently riding a nine-game hitting streak and is second in the PCL in average with a mark of .417 (25x60), and tied for first in homers with eight.
