●             Heroic Huff: LHP DAVID HUFF has been nothing been nothing but dominate for the AA Akron Aeros… He is 3-1 on the season and is 2nd in the Eastern League with a 2.14ERA (46.1IP, 13R/11ER, 29H, 11BB, 43K)… He tossed a three-hit shutout in yesterday’s contest and the first since Bear Bay tossed a two-hitter on June 9th, 2006 at Connecticut (9 innings).
●             Miller Time: A Lake County Captains LHP RYAN MILLER has been lights out in his seven games this season… He is now 6-0 on the season and is posting a 1.15ERA(1st/SAL) (39.0IP, 23H, 8R/5ER, 2HR, 16BB, 42K(6th/SAL).

●             Awesome Aubrey: 1B MICHAEL AUBREY’s bat continues to produce solid and timely at bats since his promotion to AAA Buffalo… In his 11-games with the Bisons he is batting .341(15-41) with 7RS, 4 2B, 5RBI… He owns a .383OBP and a .432SLG… He has reached base safely via hit or walk in 10 of the last 11 games.

            Game One: Pawtucket 2, @Buffalo 0… It was nothing less than a pitcher’s duel in Buffalo yesterday afternoon as the Bisons faced former Cleveland Indian RHP Bartolo Colon(6.0, H, 4K) tossed a one hitter… RHP ADAM MILLER suffered his 1st loss as he tossed 6.0 innings yielding 2R/2ER on just two hits while walking two and striking out two… 1B MICHAEL AUBREY was the only Bison to break through as he went 1-3… LHP TOM MASTNY tossed one shutout/hitless inning of relief.
            Game Two: Pawtucket 9, @Buffalo 1… CA YAMID HAAD(1-1, BB) drove in the only Bison run with a sac fly to center in the 7th… SS DANNY SANDOVAL had some solid at bats in yesterday’s contest as he went 3-4 at the plate… CF BRAD SNYDER was 1-3 with a RS and a 2B on the night…. RF BRONSON SARDINHA was 1-4… RHP SCOTT ELARTON tossed 2.0 innings of relief yielding R/ER on three hits while walking one and striking out one.
