Post-game quotes -- OF Steve Pearce

(on the team’s 27 hits over the last two games)
"We had a meeting with (Hitting Coach Hensley) "Bam Bam" (Meulens) a couple a days ago about our approach in each at-bat. Bam told us it’s time for us to start making adjustments. We have been doing that and over the last two games, you have seen the results."

(on trying to mount a come back against Norfolk)
"Norfolk continued to fight back. Every time we got close, they would tack on a couple extra runs. They didn’t quit after putting up the six spot in the second."
