Tacoma Rainiers Defeat Salt Lake Bees 7-4 - AAA, Pacific Coast League

MLN - THE RAW FEED - www.mlntherawfeed.com –  Tacoma scored six runs in the first inning and never looked back, as the Rainiers held on for a 7-4 win over the Salt Lake Bees on Thursday night.  Tacoma had already scored twice in the inning when Charlton Jimerson lined an 0-1 pitch from Nick Adenhart over the left field wall for a grand slam.  Jimerson would later add a solo shot.  MLNGirlsFeb2008_Lisa.jpg

Adenhart (5-5) was roughed up for seven runs on seven hits in just two and one-third innings pitched.  Conversely, Kasey Olenberger (4.2) and Jeff Kennard (2) combined to toss six and two-third scoreless innings, while allowing just one hit.  Adam Morrissey hit a pair of leadoff home runs, while Freddy Sandoval added two hits and one run batted in.
