Salt Lake Bees Defeat Tacoma Rainiers 7-3 - AAA, Pacific Coast League

MLN - THE RAW FEED - www.mlntherawfeed.com –  Salt Lake - Dustin Moseley pitched seven solid innings to help lead the Salt Lake Bees to a 7-3 win over the Tacoma Rainiers on Sunday afternoon to earn a split of their four game series.  Moseley (4-4) allowed just three runs, two earned, on six hits with a season high equalling seven strikeouts and no walks.  The game was tied 1-1 when Salt Lake took the lead with a three run fifth inning, as Dee Brown scored from third on a passed ball, Ryan Budde singled in a run and Chris Walker delivered a run with a sacrifice fly.

ADVERTISEMENT   Tacoma pulled to within one with single runs in the sixth and seventh, but the Bees put the game away with a three run ninth inning.
 
Adam Pavkovich led the Bees with three hits, including a solo homer in the third inning, and three runs batted in.  Chris Walker added two hits and an RBI, while Brandon Wood snapped an 0-for-16 skid in this series with a run scoring double in the ninth.
