Greensboro Grasshoppers Crush Kannapolis Initimidators 15-6 - A, South Atlantic League
Monday, June 9, 2008 at 10:15AM MLN - THE RAW FEED - www.mlntherawfeed.com – Greensboro, NC - The Intimidators surrendered five unearned runs in the sixth inning as part of a 10-run frame by the Grasshoppers in a 15-6 loss in Greensboro. The loss split a two-game set between the Intimidators and Grasshoppers.
Kannapolis scored first with a RBI groundout from Logan Johnson to plate Dale Mollenhauer in the first. It was 1-1 entering the fourth inning when Greensboro scored three runs. Kannapolis answered back with a pair of run to cut the lead to 4-3 (RBI ground from Lyndon Estill to score Mark Fleisher and a run scoring single from Sergio Miranda to bring in Matt Inouye).

But the 10-run sixth inning blew the game wide open.
The Intimidators head to West Virginia to open up a three-game set with the Power starting tomorrow night at 7:05pm.
