Fort Myers Miracle and Jupiter Hammerheads Will Play a Doubleheader to Make Up for Postponed Game

(July 12, 2008)  - Saturday night's Florida State League contest between the Fort Myers Miracle and visiting Jupiter Hammerheads has been postponed due to showers and thunderstorms in the area. The two teams will play a pair of seven-inning games on Sunday afternoon beginning at 12:00 p.m.

Fans can hold onto their ticket stubs from Saturday night and use them for another Miracle game throughout the rest of the 2008 season. Tomorrow's twin-bill will see Saturday's original starters toss in game one. RHP Oswaldo Sosa (1-0, 4.26) for the Miracle and LHP Graham Taylor (8-5, 3.10) for the Hammerheads while game two will pit RHP Matt Fox (5-3, 3.78) against RHP Anibal Sanchez from the Florida Marlins, who is in Fort Myers on a rehab stint.
