Rancho plated three runs to cut the Storm lead to just one run in the 3rd getting an RBI double by Ryan Mount and Mark Trumbo’s second home run of the day, a two-run shot to trail 5-4.

Lake Elsinore got a couple more two-out runs in the fourth as Eric Sogard hit his 4th home run of the year off of Mendoza to give the Storm a 7-3 edge.
