MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com - FORT MILL , S.C. July 7, 2008 For the second night in a row, Charlotte ’s bats came alive against Rochester in a 7-3 victory over the Red Wings at Knights Stadium. Good pitching and a break out night for Cole Armstrong helped win the game for the Knights.

Knight’s catcher Cole Armstrong had a break out night where he went 3-4 with two RBIs. Armstrong, who joined the Knights a few weeks from Double-A, got his 6th RBI of the season with the Knights.

Charlotte ’s Noah Hall hit his first home run as a Knight. Hall’s blast came in the 7th off of Red Wings pitcher Casey Daigle.

D.J. Carrasco (1-1, 2.38) was credited with the win tonight. Carrasco came into the game in the 7th inning and finished the game allowing only one hit off of ten batters.
