David Cacciola Of The Texas Brahmas is The CHL Netminder Of The Week

MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com – NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (November 5)- With success comes awards as Brahmas goaltender David Cacciola has been recognized as the Oakley Central Hockey League Goaltender of the Week for the week of October 29-November 4.

Cacciola posted an outstanding .934 save percentage for the week and has seen action in all seven games. The Brahmas starter only let in a combined five goals on 76 shots he faced against the Wichita Thunder, Austin Ice Bats and Corpus Christi Rayz.

The Burlington, MA native improved his record to 6-1 for the season with the three victories this past week. Prior to joining the Texas Brahmas, Cacciola played in the Central Hockey League with the New Mexico Scorpions for the 2006-07 season and the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs for the 2005-06 season.
