MLN Newswire - www.mlntherawfeed.com - SAN ANTONIO – Rampage rookie Alex Leavitt saved the Rampage from being shut out for the second straight night scoring the Rampage's lone goal in a 2-1 loss to the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights Sunday evening at the AT&T Center . Despite matching Omaha 's 25 shots on goal, the Rampage record their fourth consecutive loss for a 28-38-1-4 record.

Omaha 's Brandon Prust put the Knights on top with a shot over Josh Tordjman's left leg just under five minutes left in the opening period to take a 1-0 advantage.

Chris Neiszner scored right after a face-off at the left circle to tally his first goal of the season with help from Dustin Boyd and Tim Hambly at the 14:10 mark in the second stanza.

Leavitt's slap shot at the 5:12 mark found its way into the net past Curtis McElhinney's right shoulder to cut the deficit in half. Don MacLean extended his scoring streak to eight games with eight points (8 goals, 8 assists) contributing an assist along with Yanick Lehoux on Leavitt's ninth goal of the season.
