Cincinnati Cyclones Win Brabham Cup for ECHLs Best Record

ECHL's best record.
The Cyclones dropped a 2-1 decision tonight at
Trenton, finishing the regular season with a 55-12-5
record and 115 points--the second-most wins and
second-most points in the 20 year history of the ECHL.

ADVERTISEMENT The Texas Wildcatters had an opportunity to claim the
league's top record, but dropped a 5-3 decision at
Florida tonight. Texas finished the season with a
52-9-11 mark--also with 115 points.
Because Cincinnati had the higher win total--it
claims the Brabham Cup and home ice advantage for all
series in the upcoming Kelly Cup playoffs.
