Ontario Reign Knock Off Bakersfield Condors 3-0 - ECHL

Bakersfield, Calif. - A defensive game ended in favor of the Ontario Reign (3-4-0-0, 6pts), who knocked off the Bakersfield Condors (4-4-0-0, 8pts) 3-0 in front of 4,937 fans at Business Bank Arena on Saturday night.  G Mike Zacharias stopped 33 shots for the shutout, while G Timo Pielmeier made 21 saves in the losing effort.  
 
F Adam Henrich deflected a shot past Pielmeier at 7:58 of the first period, while on the power play to make it a 1-0 Reign lead. The Condors took 11 shots in the opening period, but could not solve Zacharias.
 
Following a scoreless middle frame, Ontatio extended their lead when F Dwight King re-directed a shot from D Chad Starling, 3:24 into the third period. RW Jon Rhealt added an empty-netter with a second remaining on the clock.
