Great Falls Explorers Unveil Logo - CBA Basketball

greatfallsexplorer.jpgMLN Newswire - Albany, NY – June 27, 2006 – The Continental Basketball Association today announced the unveiling of the new logo for the Great Falls Explorers  Named to reflect the history of Great Falls with the expeditions of Lewis & Clark, the logo features an explorer canoeing through a river with a backdrop of the local mountains.

“We’re very pleased to reveal the team logo for the Great Falls Explorers,” said Joe Clark, CEO and Managing Partner for Apex Sportstainment, LLC, which owns four franchises in the CBA, including the Great Falls Explorers.  “The look and feel of the logo resonates well with the history of Great Falls as well as the theme of the Explorers, and we look forward to the enthusiastic support from the people of this dynamic city.”
 
The logo was designed by Francis Santaquilani, whose experience includes logo designs for several NBA teams.
