He will assist Randy Peterson, the team’s Vice President of Hockey Operations, in scouting players for the bantam draft, watching the team’s prospects, and scouting the Western Hockey League as the team’s schedule allows.
Dallas Gaume has been with the Red Deer Rebels since 1999 as an Assistant Coach.
Brent Sutter – “I’m a big believer of developing people within the organization as much as possible. Over the years, Dallas has voiced an interest in scouting and player development. I’m confident that Dallas’ experience in the Western Hockey League as an Assistant Coach will be an asset to Head Coach Jesse Wallin, as well as working alongside Randy on the scouting side of the game.”
